actually vegetarian oso can get fat de wor.. it depends on what u eat.. at home i consume vegetables more than meat, cause my mum doesn't cook meat anymore.. but still.. *sigh*

if u eat salad, don put mayonnaise (not sure spelling) don cook ur meals wid too much oil.. n de oil cannot be those 'chabalang' type, use olive or corn oil to cook.. best is eat brown rice (but very exp) and blah blah blah..

n just a reminder, no snacks in late night..

no a.. i only eat vegetables... i used olive old.. i dont eat snacks at night..i didnt cook rice and i go for gym !

u wanna keep fit or diet? if keep fit then u should eat more! dont bother! just bang it!! think about pizza, cheese burger, fish n chips, salmon steak, bak kut teh, chao guai teo, hokkien mee!! oh my god!!

LOL! Good food huh are always the top priority! No need to deprive urself of them and make urself feel miserable =( seems like diet plan doesn't like u... nvm! theres always the plan B.. hehe
