the Sim's story

okie, i don't know whether it's Malaysia's phone outdated or it's this English sim too high tec~

I bought a O2 pay-as-you-go sim card (prepaid) with 2.99 pound that day, on Friday ~ So very happy la, thought can at least call back fing aMa, aMa must be missing me very much. I inside the sim into my beautiful sony ericsson k618i started to follow instruction in the booklets. Try to active my sim card, so i can call back. " Active before use call 248 to activate this card to your O2 mobile number." Then i try very hard to dial 248.. dial dial dial dial dial.. 248 248 248 248... no respond, what's wrong with this? no dialing tone at all. Okay, maybe not this number, try to call to custumer server 4444. dial dial dial dial 4444 4444 4444 ~ also takde dialing tone... *patient patient*

Tried to ask my frien, she told me, top up 10 pounds, dial 248 then everything will be done. So the next day me and both of the sisters walked to the store, find that very kind parkistan uncle ask what's wrong with it. He said i need to swab the card (there's a top up card inside the sim pack) pay 10 pound to top up. But i already bought 10 pound top up voucher earlier wo... now need to pay another 10 pound? then he said you can try call the customer service, ask them, u give them the voucher number, so you can save your money no need to pay another 10 pound.

eh.. true also~ Then i go home la... called to O2 customer service with my Lovely Maxis sim card ( i donno how much it cost) but i don't care so much d.. i need to active my O2 sim !! Called there, the guy told me it will active within 24 hours. So patiently i wait wait wait and wait... waited for 24 hours, tak boleh la, it really pissed me off d.. why la so ma fan.

Then i walked back to the stone again just now and it was raining. Babi betol. The very kind uncle called to customer service, asked for me, trying to help me. So again la, i did the same thing i did yesterday , give sim number, serial number...bla bla bla~ then she told me that most probably because my phone is not capable to this very high class English o2 network sim card. WTH.. i have to buy a new phone???

After that the very nice uncle explain to me, he took my sim and put into his phone, did experiment to me.. and it really works in his phone. what the.......... then he said, i need get down to the town, and i donno where's the mobile shop in this small little town, no idea where is it... that uncle told me.. its somewhere.. somewhere. there there there.. ah..takk tau la.. then he said , they probably will charge u in order to fix the thing work. WTH.. charge me again??!!! he said will charge maybe 10-15 pounds .. ish.. you all love money so much huh !!!! everything need to charge !!!!

so how la?~ should i buy a new phone( i donno how much it cost ) , or just sign contact get a postpaid? or i let my friends use this sim to call with their phone and then i get another simcard, or how???!!!!! arrrggghhhh
