Fresher's Fayre

Haha.. i was thinking to skip today and blog tomorrow. But just now i read the booklet that my ingroup darlings wrote for me when the server is down, they asked me to post bout my day everyday. So yea, tak boleh curi tulang, see i do miss u gals always ~

UK server is more or less macam telekom streamyx, it will be down for 15-25 minutes every evening. I wonder what's their problem ><

I missed the induction day on Monday, thanks to the stuff from the reception that told me my induction is Friday. I think it's because she thought that i am doing my postgraduate here. DO I LOOK THAT OLD?? people thought i am highschool gal back in malaysia. what's wrong with the people here. ><

so yea, i went to campus to check out what i missed out the other day.. so i just follow whatever arrow what's on the wall.. i ended up to B3, where people doing their id checking and library registration. There're lots of people queing up, i just follow saje la...

the senior who working there asked me what's my first name... then i was like.. "what's my first name??? Ng, Yong, or Tze..." then i tell them "N.G" .. they went find find find.. takde ! .. then i was.. " sorry, i think it's T.Z.E" hahaha.. that's kinda malu actually... so the patience senior find again... find find find again.. takde! "oh shit.. what's my first name?? i thought Y.O.N.G is my middle name.. then i wrote down my full name for them... Don't have also !!!

then they asked me to get a temporary student id, couse maybe they left out my name or for some reason my name is not there. After a while, she walked to me, " i found your card, it's at the other side".. so i was so happy hold my student id.. then i asked her.. which is my first, middle,last,family,sir name? hahaha..she was like "huh.. u ask me??"

till now i still don really get it.. tell me if u all know =p

i think family name = sir name = last name

that's why my name is Yong Tze, Ng here.. am i right?

We have to feel in form to register to use the library facilities.. bit ma fan isnt it... so i filled in.. I wrote BSc Psychology.. eh.. the stuff bit confused.." oh, you r doing psychology, couse it is induction day for Nursing today".. i was like.."argh... macam mane..? how come i am so lost?!" (thanks to the reception aunty) so i think i have to go tomorrow again.. see what i left out...

After that i went to students' union, there're some clubs there for us to join and its so crowded there. I was thinking if i can meet my friends there. Then i caught by an ang moh.. a guai mui, she spoke chinese with me.. hahaha.. i feel so shame that i cant even write and remember chinese well, people here is actually learning chinese. She gave me a bible.. yea.. a bible in chinese which explaining bout GOD, and she asked me to go the church on Sat, there are many people who speak chinese there ( this actually attracted me ). She keep asking me to speak chinese with her, couse she is practising. ><

After done my things in the campus, i walked back to hall, nothing to do, online.. chatting, kacau people.. surf here and there.. wait for dinner time and play masak masak.. There's a fresher fayre in the student union bar today.. a small little party for those fresher like us. I don't feel like going at first, cos i dont drink. But then when i get out to the room, my flatmates are all leaving to the bar (they didnt invite me, again..) At the same time i saw my angels outside my flat door, argh.. i am so impressed for that.. haha.. then they said they are going to the bar.. so i just follow la, since everyone is going (don want leave behind =p).. well, the bar isn't so bad as i thought.. they don have loud noisy musics... so i think its fine for me this kind of good gal =p

We had our dinner outside the campus today, okay la, maybe 1 month once... have some balance diet... haha.. we thought we r going to a pakistan's restaurant, maybe we can get some curry and nasi or something similar to malaysian food, but non of us know the place, so we ended up go for a turkish restaurant.

Tonight dinner costed 5 pounds(35 ringgit) , okay la, not so expensive since i can eat for tomorrow lunch+dinner. We actually packed this home couse all of us cant finish it.
