If you say, "I know why I am poor, because my parents didn't give me enough pocket money." Is it likely you will ever save money?
If you say, "I am fat, because they brought me out for supper." Will that help?? Will you slim down the next morning you get up?
If you say, "I couldn't get good grades, thanks to the stupid lecturer who doesn't know how to teach." Is it likely your marks will get higher?
" I couldn't communicate with my parents. Nobody understands me!"
"My parents couldn't accept my girlfriends. They don't know what their son really want." So the son went out every night, try not to interact so much with the family members. Will the parents actually change their mind and let him marry?
"My son didn't want to talk to me. My son never came back for dinner. Must be his girlfriend taught him bad." Is it likely that your son will listen to you when you keep blaming and complaining?
If I am not mistaken, there must has something to do with fundamental attribution error? =P or whatever attribution theory is it. I don't want to touch on the psychology theories.
They never say they are right, but 9 out of 10 of them will say the other party was wrong.
What I wanna say here is, whenever you fail at something, as yourself, " Was I partly responsible for this? How can i make things right, and make sure this doesn't happen again?"
Next is about complaints. Not to say others, I myself always complain. I complained I have not many friends. I complained about my bored life. I complained everything that I choose myself. Come and think about it. I think it's time for me to keep my mouth shut.
What do we love spiderman, superman, hulk? =P heroes in the movies never complain! The hero get injured, gets a knife in his back or an arrow in his leg, and he pulls them out and gets on with this job to save the world. We like people who don't complain.
so, stop complaining and put the blame on others, get back to your place, and get your work done.
