Nottingham M Nite 08

Group of friends and I went to Nottingham last week. The main purpose to go there is not for vocation or traveling, but to attend Nottingham University's Malaysian Night 08. It was fun, we stayed in their uni accomodation, which made me realized how bad is London life. I hope to go other uni that have campus life ( those with big nice padang (I Ping, 2008)). Back to MNite, students there really made everything success, and they had show that filled with the passion and spirit of the unique Malaysian culture. Hahaha.. i donno why, but back in Malaysia, we seldom see groups of people with different races really works together, learning each other cultures, i mean, there are.. but I myself seldom see it with my own eyes. I felt so touched when i see Malaysian.. hahaa.. funny right ?! But honestly, i never see malay playing kompang, i never see sarawak or seremban tradisional dances. hahaha..shame of myself being a Malaysian.

We went to the city center.. I didn't know that Robin Hood is from Nottingham. I saw lots of kids dressed up like robin hood when we walked along the city.
