Deepavali

Yesterday was the day to visit Vaani's house (my very kind Malaysian coursemate). So,the Queens and I left Robbins Hall early in the morning, couse it was Sunday, and we worried that the rail station near our place here not working, so we walked all the way to Southbury (25 minutes walk), hope can buy a 1day travel card from there. Mane tau... people here don work on Sunday !!! Argghh... then we need to talk bus to Oakwood, another tube station and departed from there to Central London.

ChinaTown was our first destination, because the weather was extremely crazy, so we went to makan in a Chinese Restaurant. Well.. the food there not bad, and it only charge 5.90 pounds for set lunch.

After China Town, we went to Primark in Oxford street, was thinking to buy some clothes.. but it was so crowded, =( I cant get any nice jacket !!

Indian are really semangat to decorate their house for deepavali =P .. i feel so guilty and sad for my house.. haha.. Beside cleaning up the house.. we dont have any decoration for Chinese New Year.

We left Vaani's place around 11pm, and trying to catch the last tube, hopefully manage to get back. From Vaani's place, we took the Caterpillar Metropolitan Line.... (SLOWWW daoooo.... ) to Baker Street (a station that we need to change to another line) .. People were so kan jeong.. and worried that unable to get home.. that caterpillar walk so sloowww !!

One of our friends, Uncle Nara told us that the last tube was 11.45pm. But by the time we got into the tube, it was 11.15pm !!! how to catch the last tube...) Once we reached Baker Street... we RAN to get the other tube.. and~ GUESS WAT !!! we managed to catch the last tube... you have no idea how happy are we =P we thought we have to take bus or cab to go back.

From Oakwood, we need to take bus back to Enfield. It was around 12 something... and the last bus was 1.15am ~ and =P we abled to get the second last buss... phewwww..........

ALL THESE WILL NEVER HAPPEN IN KL !!!
